Jeremy Dixon - Founder & Executive Director

Jeremy brings lived experience of the mental health system, a background in entrepreneurship, and the vision that anchors Empath’s national model. His work spans social regeneration, holistic recovery programmes, and national renewal.


Operations (Interim)

Responsible for early-stage implementation, programme design, and centre readiness.

Clinical Advisors (Provisional):


A network of mental-health professionals, including NHS clinicians with experience in crisis care, community psychiatry, and recovery pathways.

Development Advisor:


A specialist in property development structures and social-infrastructure delivery. (Pending confirmation)

Policy & Government Relations Advisor: TBC

To help shape integration with national health, justice, and social-care strategy.
